Mobile Passport Control
Through the free and secure MPC app, eligible travellers can submit their travel document, photo, and customs declaration information, removing the need to complete a paper form. As a result, travellers can look forward to shorter wait times, less congestion and more efficient processing on arrival at USCBP.
The MPC app is a free application that can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is currently available for eligible travellers to use upon arrival at MPC approved sites.
Travel documents can ONLY be uploaded on arrival at Dublin Airport and prior to presentation at USCBP.

Frequently asked questions
You can only submit your documents when you have arrived at your selected CBP location e.g. Dublin Airport.
Select up to 12 family members (including yourself) to add to your submission.
- US citizens with a valid US passport
- Canadian citizens with a valid Canadian passport
- Lawful Permanent Residents with a valid LPR card
- Visa Waiver Program travellers with a valid passport from a Visa Waiver country
If you are a Global Entry member, we recommend that you continue to use the Global Entry services and kiosks.
Yes, travellers will still be processed by a CBP officer however, travellers using MPC will be directed to a specific processing lane for a streamlined entry process.
